first thing you should know is that the name that I have given, may be requested to be changed. The person who decides to apply for [Duke], must also match my expectations. I know, it doesn't sound fair, but I honestly would rather see my character's inactive than played by someone who has no idea what they're doing. Of course, that won't happen. As long as I have time to log in and post, i will, if they're not yet taken.

Now, I'll normally be lienent, but considering there is no application here, to prove that anyone can actually post, I will require a sample from whoever decides they want to play him. The Status nor occupation will be changed. He is still a canon character.

[Duke] is a very strong willed person, but certain females in his life, tend to have the power to break it. He's from a poor family in New York, and moved here when his brother was killed in a gang fight two days after [Duke] had turned thirteen. Considering his father left he, his mother and his two siblings when his baby sister was born, it was only he, his mother, and his sister who came here. His sister is currently a full time student, and their mother passed away last year with lung cancer. She was a waitress, and never smoked a day in her life.

[Duke] worked hard to put himself through college, but when it all panned out, he just didn't have what it took, so he never finished. It was a chance of luck when he broke up a fight in a club one night, that got him sought out as a body guard. Over the years, his title progressed, until he was one of the top forty bodyguards in the world, that celebrities knew by name and wanted. [Jessica] was the one who won that deal. She put him up with his own section of her large and lavished studio apartment, giving him his own room and live-in gym. She keeps him in style, considering he'd rather put on a pair of baggy pants and a backward baseball cap; but, enjoys her company and generosity. The two are the best of friends, and even though he is there to protect her, they know more about each other than anyone. The two are Not romantically linked, in any way. [Duke] is currently outing his sister through college, who is one of the most brilliant minds of his time (Amanda Bynes, was who I always saw her to be, but obviously, this can be changed.) [Duke]'s love interest is your decision. I currently have a plot going on with another member, with the pb of Jenna Dewan, but if she proves to be inactive, alternative plotting might be necessary. That is, if you want a love life for him at all.

Deep down, he's one of the nicest, most wise guys you'll ever meet, and though he is hesitant for a lot of the situations he's put in, he knows how to have fun. He has a regular routine when he wakes up int he morning, that involves a run, time in the gym and a shake that [Jessica] calls the Morning After Knockout. (It consists of two raw eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit and orange juice.)

Anything else with him, would be up to you.
